Hi, Fellow Seekers – The next book that we will focus our discerning minds upon is, What Is the Bible?: How an Ancient Library of Poems, Letters and Stories Can Transform the Way You Think and Feel About Everything, by Rob Bell. (Click HERE to order on Amazon).
 
This series will be short-but-deep dives into stories in the Bible. In 2011, Bell shook the whole Evangelical world with his book, Love Wins, where he made a case that there is no Hell. In “What is the Bible,” he brings his good sense to understanding the stories that have shaped our faith.
 
For our meeting on Monday, October 1, at 6:00, in the Chapel at West Park, we’ll discuss Part 1: There is Something More Going On Here.

OPEN MICThe West Park NYC Open Mic is the best open mic venue on the Upper West Side. Bring your Talent, Song, Poetry, Spoken word, Rap, Dance, Magic, Juggling, or anything else you can think of, everyone is welcome.
